New art and new house

Hi folks!

It's been a while since my last post. I've been REALY busy lately. In the beginning of August, me and my girlfriend bought ourselves a house. It needed some renovation, which have taken most of my spare time lately. But it's worth it in the end :) We are done with the renovating and have moved into the house about a month ago. Still not completley finished as some stuff haven't found it's spot yet, but that'll be sorted out soon.

I got my own studio at the top floor of our new house which I am really happy with, and can't wait to spend many hours working up here. I'll post some pictures when I can find the time.

Haven't had much time to draw and paint at all, but managed to squeeze in a few hours here and there. So I did this painting here:

New artwork!

Personal work.

I'm trying to get some new pieces done before an exhibition I'm doing next weekend. This is something I've wanted to paint for a while, so I decided this would be a good time to do it. Spent a lot of time on it. Don't know how many hours exactley, but around 30 I guess.

Painted in Photoshop with a Wacom Cintiq.

New artwork and "design"

Hi!

Posting a new personal artwork I just finished at the Imaginism Studios Workshop.

I've been working on this for the last few days. Tried to incorporate what I've learned so far, and I'm happy with the result. Got some really helpful feedback from Thierry Lafontaine and Bobby Chiu.

Also, I tried to do some kind of personal touch to the blog, but I'm not happy with how it turned out. So it'll probably change soon :)


Now, on to the next piece (after dinner)...

Hi!

So, I've decided to start an art blog. I've been meaning to for a really long time, but never got around to doing so.

Here I will post everything from quick sketches to finished paintings. And possibly stuff not concerning art as well.

I am currently attending the Imaginism Studios In-house Workshop in Toronto, Canada. Been here for a week now, and already learned a lot. 3 more weeks to go!
